The private data potentially managed by ABEX is relatively limited:

  • Full name of contact person
  • Email address of contact person
  • Direct telephone number of the contact person
  • Contact person's mobile phone or Skype account

This data is used solely as part of the customer relationship, for the following purposes:

  • Transmission of commercial documents (quotations, orders, deliveries, invoices)
  • Communication about a current case
  • Technical information to be given to the patient
  • Newsletter
  • Invitations to events
  • Communication of this information to subcontractors/partners expressly required to work on a customer file

The data is kept in our system, with no defined end date. If customers wish to exercise their right to rectification or oblivion, they can do so using the form below.

If the personal data is closely linked to an issued invoice, ABEX will retain the data for a period that is in line with the legal Belgian accounting period in force at the date of the request.
