Professional rules of conduct
Discipline and professional rules of conduct are two distinct but complementary notions. Discipline imposes a structured framework, which is essential to any fully-functioning organisation, while professional rules of conduct are based on ethical principles that guide individual attitudes and actions.
Disciplinary board
A Disciplinary Board has been set up within ABEX to rule on and discipline the actions of members who have violated ABEX’s statutory and regulatory provisions and/or who have compromised the material or moral interests of ABEX or one of its members.
The Disciplinary Board is elected every four years at the Annual General Meeting. Its current members are Michel Stricklesse, Denys Leboutte, Philippe Tournicourt and Fabien de Geradon.
